  • • Welcome Remarks by Chair, Head of International Trade Policy and Hub & Spokes Section (a.i), Commonwealth Secretariat, London.
  • • Commentary on Commonwealth Trade Reviews: Dr Brendan Vickers, Economic Adviser, Trade Oceans and Natural Resources Directorate.
  • • Brief scene setting presentation on major findings of the 2015 and 2018 reviews and exploration of future thematic areas for 2020.
  • 3:00 – 4:15pm Thematic Issues: Commonwealth Services Trade: This session will explore the unique attributes of intra-Commonwealth trade including common regulatory structures, law, language and ways of doing business and how these may be leveraged in view of increased digitalisation of services trade.
